Late / Overdue Insurance Premium Payments

The Board of Trustees of the OPCMIA 526 Welfare Fund has voted that starting March 1, 2023, the OPCMIA local 526 Welfare Fund will no longer accept overdue payments for insurance coverage. Payments are due on the 24th of the month prior to the month of coverage. Please read the Notice for more information.

Open Enrollment 2024-2025

Open enrollment for the coverage period of 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025 begins September 1st, 2024.

All forms should be submitted no later than September 24th, 2024 to avoid a lapse in coverage.

Members will receive the renewal packet the first week of September.

As of October 1, 2023, the group plans will no longer offer the deductible options. Members will have all their cost sharing paid in full by a program called Nonstop Health.

How does it work?

Nonstop Health is a Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (MERP) that wraps around your health insurance plan, helping you and your covered dependents pay for medical expenses covered and approved by your health insurance plan, and received at in-network providers and facilities.
